I started blogging in 2015 when members of my family and my "chosen" family died in a quick, cruel succession. I gave five eulogies in 17 months. I tried to write my way through the grief. Along the way, I found the need to share stories from my childhood, lessons learned, strange moments, etc. I gave up on social media. Except for rare occasions on Twitter and Instagram, I blog.
